Music
"Belly Dance Fever"
Isbn #: 724354351822
Description: Gold bikini-clad girl on beach with veil
The cover almost made me put the CD back on the shelf,
but I'm pleased I gave it a chance and listened to it. Most of the songs on this CD are fabulous.

Instructional Videos/DVDs
The Links Page will send you to the direct websites for the instructors below:
Cheri Berens
Great instruction for proper arms, hips and movement.
Note: Currently the link to Cheri's Page is not working; I will update the information as soon as I have the correct address.
In the meantime, you may be able to purchase her video/dvd through Margaret Slocombe (Links Page) or Audrena's Bazaar.
Delilah
Great instruction for basics through advanced, touching on arms, combinations, veil, zils, and understanding the flowing, continuous line/pattern of form.
Suzanna Del Vecchio
Great breakdown of basic movement in advanced form and understanding the intricacies of form. Build-up of foundation moves into a workout that will have you flowing in true Del Vecchio-style.
Sonia (of the BDSS)
"The Art of the Drum Solo" is a fabulous DVD. Great breakdown by Sonia (and Issam) and is a 'must-have' for the dancers library of knowledge. This will breakdown the fear barrier of young students and have them thirsting for drum work.
Leyla Jouvana
The power-house of hipwork. Highly challenging shimmies in her "21 Shimmies & 1001 Variations". Fabulous for the advanced student.
Purchase through Dahlal International or posted and local BD Vendors.
